Searching for *Public* Distance learning degree

<p>I'm a military spouse who has been out of school for 15 years. I would like to continue my education with a BFA in either Web Design or Graphic Design. Since we are military, we move a lot therefor I'm limited to a school with a distance learning program. Does anyone know of a good PUBLIC school with an online web/graphic design program? I've been searching for weeks and without success. I've narrowed it down to SCAD and AAU but the "for-profit" is not sitting well with me (and neither is the cost!). I'm not opposed to a small obscure college as long as I can get my degree (BFA) without losing everything to get it. Can anyone advise me on this?</p>

<p>Art Institute of Pittsburgh is the only other institution - that I know of - to offer a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Web Design, but it is private and not public.</p>
