So I've been deffered to Santa Clara, University of San Diego, and Loyola Marymount so I just wanted to pick some safety schools just in case those don't work out. I plan on majoring in some type of business (most likely marketing) and I was wondering if Seattle U, Gonzaga, and University of San Francisco have pretty strong undergraduate buisness programs.

I think Seattle U is the strongest of those mentioned. I doubt it really matters that much though. Think of it more as when you graduate you will have the most opportunity at companies near the school you graduate from for most non-top tier schools. So where do you want to work/live when you graduate? Obviously this is not a hard and fast rule but it is something worth keeping in mind.
