We're anxiously awaiting early action notification from Seattle University. They were supposed to be sent out on December 23. Has anyone gotten anything yet?

Yes, my D got her acceptance in the mail Christmas Eve as a nursing major. She was thrilled to get a trustee scholarship with the acceptance (20k per year).

Congratulations to your daughter, HighAltitude!! We’re in Texas, so it may take awhile to get here. Seattle U is my daughter’s top choice (& one of the only schools she hasn’t heard from). Hopefully we’ll get something in the mail this afternoon!

OP-my DD’s friend who lives in Northern California received his letter on Dec. 23 with trustee scholarship. My DD (we live in Southern California) received her letter today with the Campion Scholarship. Had she scored 10 points more on the SAT she would have gotten the higher award. I know it is tough but I bet you get the letter tomorrow. Good luck to your daughter.

My dd got her letter on Dec 24th (trustee scholarship)!!!

Congrats, Itsv and Mamamoes! We still haven’t heard, and my daughter is now out of town until New Year’s Day. Unless she agrees to let me open her mail with her via Skype, it’s going to be a few more days before we know anything. Did they include a personal note with your kids’ acceptances? I heard they do that every year, and I think it speaks volumes about Seattle U!

yes they included a personal hand written note which referred to something specific in my DD’s application (something she talked about in her common application). It was a very nice touch. Good luck.

My D hasn’t heard yet, and it’s already Saturday! She lives in CA. They must send them out either way, right? Very nerve racking!

The big envelope finally arrived! My daughter was accepted into the Humanities for Leadership program with a Bellarmine Scholarship :). She’ll need the Tuition Exchange scholarship to make Seattle U a reality, and we won’t hear about that until March. Hang in there, 3mamagirls – I’ll bet you’ll get good news tomorrow!

I got in on the 26th too, under Diagnostic Ultrasound. I’m an Asian female from the Los Angeles area. Campion scholarship ($16,000) per year. My GPA was 3.12, SAT was 2100.

I got mine today as well, but the websites says that the admission decision can come a couple days after Dec 24th

I got a personal note as well.
