<p>I applied to RU at NB but I didn't get into their engineering or business departments so they decided to send me to business at newark. I'm not fond of newark so I spoke with admissions and they said that If I wanted to apply for a different department that I could. I decided sebs and sas because I may actually major in chemistry. I was wondering what my chances of getting in where. My gpa is around a 3.7 I took numerous amounts of ap and honors classes and I do an extraordinary amount of activities, sports, and volunteer work. The only thing is that I scored a 1510 on my sats and a 23 on my acts which isn't the best. Do you guys think I'd get in?</p>

<p>I met two kids who were both enrolled in SAS that had around 1500 SAT scores. Search google for the Rutgers middle 50% charts and you can see the statistics. I would link you, but I’m on the CC iPod app. I’d say that you have a good chance of getting in. Edit: I’m not sure if its possible, but if they are giving you time to re-apply, maybe you can register for the May 7 SAT (Just a thought) to try to raise your scores. Good luck!</p>
