<p>Anyone knows a person who has been rejected (as a transfer student), but was accepted the second time he/she applies?</p>

<p>I just called them and they said they do not want me to apply there the second time because I would most probably be rejected (I swear the counselor was as pessimistic as that.)</p>

<p>I know of someone on CC who was rejected twice and got into Cornell on his 3rd try.</p>
