Second choice major at UCI

<p>How does UCI treat second choice major? For example, you applied in Bioeng as 1st choice and Chemistry is 2nd choice. Suppose Bioeng got full (there were more qualified people ahead of you). Are you automatically considered for your 2nd choice along w/ those who had Chemistry as 1st choice? Are you get put in a different pile, all 1st choice decisions are done, and then someone comes and looks at you. In the latter case, you are at a disadvantage. </p>
