Second Notification Period decisions?

<p>Does anyone know when decisions start coming out for people who applied by the second notification period? I assume it's still under a rolling cycle, right?</p>

<p>ALWAYS rolling admissions. It was theoretically possible for those applying in/after Nov to have heard before those applying earlier.</p>
