second semester gpa quick question

irvines conditions says i need to get a 3.0. Is that weighted or unweighted?

how likely would i lose my admission if i went below that? ( accidentally)

its unweighted. and if you have classes like TA, that doesnt count either. It's really a lot tougher than it sounds keeping a 3.0 second semeseter.

Davis is nothing below a "C" policy in all uc approved courses

Does anyone know ucsd's policy?

Multiple people I know have affirmed that it is WEIGHTED gpa. But, multiple people I know also say its UNWEIGHTED. Confusion reigns!

In the end, I think so long as you don't get a D or F, it's all good.

I pulled of a 3.14 weighted GPA my first semester just as a reference if it provides any help.

i got into ucla and it also says that i have to keep a 3.0. uwgpa. Only UC approved classes count, so that's basically the classes you reported on ur uc app.

anyone know if its unweighted or weighted? very important info to many people it seems

I think it's weighted. I mean the "UC GPA" is always weighted.

I got a 4.25 first semester.

But this semester i have a 69 in AP Physics :(

curse you senioritis!

READ THE CONTRACT! IT's all there. For UCLA it's unweighted.

anyone have a solid answers? none of the contracts say weighted or unweighted

what is UCSDs policy?

UCI and UCSB is weighted.

what about UC davis?

uggg... i'm one grade letter below the 3.0 UW right now :/...but i have it w/ weights

polisciguy's GPA is pi. I just thought that was interesting. =</p>

lol yah. senior year sucks man, senioritis is taking over.

"UCI and UCSB is weighted."
how sure are you? i am getting a 2.17 unweighted right now... i want to MAKE SURE it is 3.0 WEIGHTED or else i might be screwed if i don't work harder ;) i can get almost straight C's if it is unweighted ^_^

ok so keeping a 3.0 gpa is for the average of both semsters, right?
