I switched from AP Biology to AP Government this second semester of my senior year. AP Biology was putting way too much stress on me. I was having to study massive amounts for average results, and AP Government was something that was more in my interest range, and you could say there was a slight medical reason for switching out Biology too. I was accepted to the college of Communication and Information Sciences. Will this have any impact on my admission? I’m required to E-Mail the admissions office to inform them of this change right?

Provided that you’re meeting all the requirements for high school graduation and admission into UA, I don’t see much of a need to inform UA, though a quick email to your regional recruiter wouldn’t hurt. If you do send an email, it only needs to be a couple sentences saying that a) you switched from AP Bio to AP Gov and b) to contact you if UA deems it a significant change, which is highly unlikely.

Have a great second semester and Roll Tide!
