Which is better? Arroyo Vista or Campus Village. I've heard campus village is super close and the cheapest one but kinda old. Any inputs?

Externally CV looks old and ghetto, but internally its really nice. Its a 4 ppl apt. I would prefer living in CV just because everything is SO CLOSE. Bio Sci library, UTC, Albertsons, student center, starbucks…etc. Only one problem is your far from the ARC. Otherwise, its the next cheapest place to live in.

AV is the next cheapest place to live. Its a semi-dorm. So I believe it range from a 16 ppl hall or more. Its close to the arc, and more closer to albertsons. The only problem is that using shuttles gets really crowded and maybe gets competitive for seats. Shuttle is the only way to get to campus, so you’ll have to check the bus scheldule frequently. Its about 15-20 min to get to campus and walking to your destination.

If your a bio major, I would recommend CV since all of your labs would be in RH, which is a 5min walk.

Definitely recommend CV over AV.

Pros of living in CV:
*Proximity to campus
*Cost
*more privacy than AV

Cons:

Pros of living in AV:
*Close to ARC

Cons:
*Shuttle
*Shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room, basically dorms
*Near frat houses

O yes, AV have sorority chantings.
