<p>Hey, I'm an international student from Vietnam and my counselor is filling out my SSR. However, when it came to the quartile...quintile...decile part, she didn't know what to do. I'm confused too because when I looked it up on the internet, differnt sources said different things.
If I'm in the top 10% of the class, should I put 1st decile or 10th decile??? Please someone answer this soon 'cuz I'm applying ED.
