Secondary School Report missing?

<p>When I log into my MYPENN portal, it tells me that I am missing my SSR and Counselor's rec. However, I know my counselor sent all these at least a month prior to my submitting the apps.</p>

<p>Since she was an OFFLINE provider and I applied online, is it possible that they're just trying to get all the files organized and just haven't put together my recs and online application yet?</p>

<p>did anyone else have the same problem as me?</p>

the same thing happened to me. I sent my stuff in in october and it says i’m missing the secondary school report and teacher recs. I called and they said wait one more week. Idk. :/</p>
