<p>If you are mailing the School Report, no. Just put a note saying you already submitted the transcript.</p>
<p>If your school officials are sending the School Report online, yes. Transcripts are required before they can be submitted.</p>
<p>PS – Always submit online. Schools hate receiving paper.</p>
