Secondary school report required for Common App?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm applying to some private schools through the Common App this year. I know that most colleges require a high school transcript, but I'm wondering if that also means I need to have a secondary school report filled out by my high school counselor (as opposed to just sending in the transcript).</p>

<p>There is a form for the secondary school guidance counselor to fill out. Print it out and give it to him/her with an envelope and it says exactly what the school needs. Good luck!</p>
