Secondary School Report (special circumstances)

As you can see from my location, I'll be moving to a different state for my senior year and thus transferring high schools again. I attended one school for grades 9 through 10, another for grade 11, and my 12th grade school will be my 3rd HS in 4 years. Does anyone have a definitive answer as to which schools will fill out my Secondary School Report? From reading Yale's admissions FAQ (and the FAQ's for several other highly selective schools), I know my senior year school will definitely have to fill out a report, but what about my junior year school? Will it have to submit one as well? Keep in mind that I may not necessarily be applying EA/ED to any of my schools, and if I decide to apply to all of them RD, I'll have my grades from 1st semester senior year for them to consider.

…bump! I’d really appreciate anyone’s $0.02 :)

Aw man, no one has two pennies (so to speak)? :(

Only the last one. You ask your previous schools to give you those years’ transcripts, and hand them to your current counselor. S/He will send to admission office for you.

Thanks! I have a hunch that both my junior year and senior year schools have to send one, though, since exams for the 1st semester at my senior year school don’t occur until January, and I’ll already have applied to colleges by then. Am I correct in thinking this?

yes, and that actually calls Mid-year Report, it doesn’t need to be sent until early Feb.
