I just emailed my high school counselor to ask her about filling out the secondary school report form for my transfer application, and she said the form was only for high school students, and that I would only need to request to send in a transcript. However, I'm pretty sure she's wrong about this and that the full form must be filled out? For anyone who has applied before, does it really matter what your counselor says about you on this form? I mean, I haven't spoken to her in 2 years now...

I didn’t need to have the secondary school report filled out but I have been out of high school for 6.5 years so maybe that had something to do with it.

Ask the colleges that you are applying to whether they need a full secondary school report, or if a simple transcript will do. Each of them sets their own policy, so it is entirely possible that some might want a full report while others only want a transcript.
