Secondary School Report

<p>So it looks as if my counselor has forgotten to send in my secondary school report. Since I won't be able to see her before application are due because I am on winter break and she is not checking email, it looks like the secondary school report will be turned in after the deadline. Will schools penalize me for this? It isn't anything I really had control over.</p>
