Secondary School Reports

My high school counselor is refusing to send my secondary school report, because she believes I don't need them. I have explained to her that Mount Holyoke requires transfer students to send the secondary school report in addition to the college official's report. I'm not sure what I should do now?

Have her go to the CA website where they show forms to download:

https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/DownloadForms.aspx

Point out to her that the Secondary School Final Report form is required in addition to the College Official’s report. Also note that the instructions on the SSFR form state that your official HS transcript should accompany the form.

Your guidance counselor is refusing to cooperate, even though you explicitly and thoroughly explained exactly why you need the secondary school report? Call the principal or vice principal of your high school. Notify them of your situation. Surely, they will see reason and persuade your counselor to do as you ask.
