Many of us come here to help and to provide support and camraderie to those who share a common bond, be it an applicant or their families. We take or make the time to do so because we love USNA, the Navy, the military, and the nation, and want all four to get the very best.

As for the others....... well, you'll just have to ask them.

I think its clear to most here that the Alums who have actually lived through our topics know precisely what they are talking about, contrary to the few persons with overinvolved, underinformed, and thoroughly arrogant perceptions of being absolutly correct in their dreamy notions of reality.

To the Alums who have been so helpfull to myself and others in our pursuit of our goals, I hope you can ignore the few parental figures who have taken it upon themselves to spread their own version of events. Regardless, I believe the caliber of academy mids and cadets is high enough to determine fact from fiction, and I hope I speak for many when I say we can tell who's knowledge is useful, knowledge that I hope you can continue to provide from on generation to the next.
