Seeing a Lamborghini today has changed my life.

Just seeing those two people driving that $200,000 car was just too much to fathom. Every thing I want in life they had -- right there in front of my eyes. So I though to myself: what can I do? Im no athlete, Im no singer, and Im no actor. So how can I get rich? My only option is academics and an education. So therefore I have to try really hard to get good grades and get a nice job so I can get a Lambo too.

Great motivation! We need more people like you in this world! Do it for the Lambo!

Just kidding; any inspiration is good inspiration. (:

^^ no mean to hijack the thread, but there is more in life to cash bro. Do what you love, dont sell your soul for a lambo, its not worth it

^^ Or if you ever get that much money, you can buy a hybrid and give the rest to charity. =].

Yay materialism! Who needs inner fulfillment when you can get plastic surgery and seven apartments on Park Ave.? Get that Lambo, and maybe a Rolls too!

yeea, it kinda is. But look on the good side… it motivates me to do better in school

Ha, be sure to write that in all of your essays! Colleges will love it!

Also, how do you know that they had “everything [you] want in life”? o___O Is a Lambo all you want? I wish I were that easily pleased. xP

I feel you!!! Although I don’t want a lambo. But I do want to be able to afford that lifestyle.

Little advice: Go to Wharton.

=)

Wow. I get excited when I see a Jag. The joys of living in rural America.

I have similar experiences all the time. When I visited the Palacio Real in Madrid, I dreamed of someday buying that place. That probably won’t happen, no matter how much money I make, since it’s hard to buy things from royalty. But I’d love to be able to afford a building with 2800 rooms that all have tapestries, chandeliers, and handcrafted items from centuries ago.

I know its all fun and stuff to look at cars, but if you take that approach to life itself, you will not be happy, ever. Because when you are in your fancy lambo, some guy is gonna roll up next to you in his sexy as hell saleen, and he’ll smoke you, and youll feel all empty inside. Trust my, my parents are the people you aspire to be, its not good. Why to you think that bill gates is giving away all of his money, its because he feels EMPTY, and he is looking to plug the empty hole in himself by donating to charity.

When I was still learning to drive, I was driving my Toyota and a Lamborghini got stuck behind me as I drove the exact speed limit of 35 mph. My mom was like “Wow, you have a Lamborghini behind you” and I just kept on going at my snail’s pace. As soon as the lane split into two, it was able to drive around me and just sped off. :)

Are you sure you want to think about cars right now with gas being over four dollars?

Lambo or a Shelby GT 500KR w/ direct nitrous and major upgrades.
can you say 9 sec quarters?

maybe i should rethink my aero engineering goals…

“^^ no mean to hijack the thread, but there is more in life to cash bro. Do what you love, dont sell your soul for a lambo, its not worth it”

Haha. Was this to me? I was kidding. Although the Reventon is quite nice, I do admit.

Haha, as soon as I read this I immediately thought of college essays, lmao

When I see a mom in a minivan with her husband and two kids, I feel the same way. Everything I want in life right before my eyes. Double points if they pull into the driveway of a three to four bedroom house.

What shallow, sad people you are. But I guess you’re what keeps our economy going, so…whatever.

Just because the OP wants a nice car does not meaning he’s selling his soul for it. If he earns enough money while maintaining a happy life, I don’t think anyone here is qualified to judge him based on his materialistic desires.

^ Nope, but it’s the Internet.

Motivation is motivation. Anyway, usually people become less materialistic as they get older and realize that money truly does not grow on trees.
