Seeking information about Mizzou, Vanderbilt, WashU!

Hello everyone!
I'm a senior in high school in Columbia, Missouri. I'm a South Asian female who could be characterized as a "try hard" student (3.99 GPA, 35 ACT, 2360 SAT, leadership in a bunch of extracurriculars...)
I applied to 12 universities and got accepted to the Honors program at Mizzou (and have received a scholarship package of at least $9000 a year), University of California at Berkeley, and Vanderbilt. I have been waitlisted at Washington University, Cornell, and Johns Hopkins.
I'm wondering if anyone can, in specific, give me some insight about either Vanderbilt, Washington University in St. Louis, or the Honors program at Mizzou. These are the three most likely schools right now (I'm going to do what I can to get off the waitlist at WashU without being pushy about it), with Mizzou being my most likely because of cost/location.
As a student FROM Columbia (Mizzou's location), I know many people who go to Mizzou, but not so many people who are a part of the Honors college. Because I will be pursuing pre-med, I want to put myself in a good place so that I can get into a decent med school.
So basically, I'm just wondering about people's experiences with any of these three universities. Any feedback is appreciated, please don't afraid to be honest! I appreciate this so much.

Can you give us (tuition+ R&B) - (grants+scholarships) = ?
What’s your parents’ budget?

If Vanderbilt is affordable, I’d say Vanderbilt unless you want to stay closer to home and choose Wash U. Wash U is great for premed but also very competitive. Ultimately, cost/budget have to factor in.
