I’ve read that Providence College has been named the #1 segregated and hard liquor college in the U. S. Please comment on this.
Where did you read that? Please provide the link.
I don’t see this anywhere on google serach
@TomSrOfBoston @philbegas sorry I’m not the OP, but I’m assuming they are referring to the Princeton Review ranking of Providence being #1 on the “Little Race/Class interaction” list:
https://www.princetonreview.com/college-rankings?rankings=little-race-class-interaction
Considering that Colgate and Amherst are numbers 2 and 3 Providence is in some good company.
Where is the “hard liquor” ranking?
It is not obvious what their methodology for the “little race/class interaction” ranking is.
But perhaps Providence has “little race/class interaction” because it is not very diverse to begin with (76% white and only 15% Pell grant).
^^^ But Amherst is very diverse and it comes in at #3. That is a bit surprising
Is the Princeton Review the one that ranks schools by the “hotness” of the male and female students? Or is that Niche?
