<p>Who the he'll cares whether the school is segregated or not. You're still going to make friends regardless and I'm sure no matter how much most people complain they'd still rather and would hang out with students of the same race and culture/ethnicity as them. Most people would rather be with others that share a common interest with them and are comfortable with. It's only a small number of students that would actually step outside of their comfort zone and in my opinion that's quit understandable.</p>
<p>Culture clashes? My daughter has always had friends from different cultures. She's a junior at SU and she has a Japanese roommate and an Indian roommate. They're really good friends. They have a lot in common, and a lot of differences. Makes for great learning all around. I'll ask her to go on CC when she's free and post again.</p>
