I have no idea where I want to go to college and therefore I left the part where you can select 5(?) colleges to send the scores to blank. Is this okay? Does it mean that I can't send my scores at all now? Im very confused

you can leave it blank, i believe you mean the 6 slots for college reports (4 free, up to extra for i believe $7.00 each, not sure about the price) You can always request for ACT to send past scores to any school or scholarship association in the form of Additional Score Reports (ASR'S) by doing so on the website or by phone. But I would just fill those slots out to potential schools you can see yourself going. It doesn't hurt. Hope that helps.

If I fill them in, is it definate that they will be sent to these to these schools? I don't want this. One of the reasons I'm taking the ACT's is because if I bomb, I want to be able to clear the test from my history.

well i mean they just get sent to the school, not neccessarily to the admissions committee... i mean they always look at your highest composite....

from personal experiences, i advise you to not put down a single college at all

looking at the school ACT schoolreport, the one my GC sends to my colleges, it says the colleges I chose to send the scores to myself

in addition, a college might say they have your scores, but they might have the "wrong" or lower scores simply b/c you put them down and not your highest scores
