From all that I have read this is an impressive undertaking of diverse and interdisciplinary instruction. It is reflective of what the patron, and university trustee, Mr. Kilichand distilled from his own experience at BU, and sees important for future students and our global society. The college, if I understand correctly has a total of about 140 freshman and sophomores as it prepares for a new class. Its goal is to have approx. 400 students for 2016. Realizing that the students come from all undergraduate disciplines, how are students offered admission, or otherwise selected for the honors college program? Thanks for your input. Respectfully, Mr. VC

I believe you just say that you are interested… and if they think you are a good fit, you are chosen to take part in it.

When do you express an interest? Is that after you are admitted and decide to enroll?

There’s an extra essay on the common app if you’re interested. That’s how you apply.
