Selective self report of AP

Based on what i have read this is what i have concluded:
1. when applying to college, you NEVER ever have to actually send a collegeboard score report of AP scores

Consider this situation:
you have a 3,5,5,5 on APs
2. you don't have to report the 3, no college will have to know.
3. above person would qualify for 'AP scholar with honor" award. however, colelges don't need to know exactly what scores you got. thus it is safe to give yourself hte "ap scholar" award WITHOUT giving colleges any or none of your APs.

Please correct me where I am wrong. thanks!

Correct. However, some colleges like to see what you got on the exams. If you get 4's or 5's on anything, it is a smart idea to send them to the colleges, even if it costs a little.
