Does anyone know the acceptance rate of the arts and sciences school?
I can’t seem to find data for each individual school in NB, but the overall acceptance rate was 60% for the most recent data (http://oirap.rutgers.edu/instchar/CDS/2013/NewBrunswickRegion13.pdf). I would expect SAS to be somewhere around that number. What may be more useful is the SAT and GPA ranges for admitted students, which you can find here. Here’s a graph for overall New Brunswick admissions:

Alright thankyou I’m just getting nervous about getting in
Don’t worry, I’m nervous, too.
I’m actually applying to Rider just in case, it’s stupid that it’s way more expensive though
I think I should get in and all but I’ll see what happens
In some other threads from last year’s applicants there were people who applied early with great stats and didn’t get their decision until January 31.
I’ve also seen in some threads saying that the decisions come out in waves, and that they draw randomly from both applicant pools.
Just think about it this way: they haven’t gotten to your application yet. There’s so many applicants they have to sort through, it’s going to take time.
Have you applied to any other schools or is Rutgers the only one you applied to? Also did you only apply to New Brunswick?
Yeah I applied to New Brunswick, I applied to other colleges, but that is the school I want to go to. I’m hoping to get into sas
