so for financial aid i need to verify im registered for selective service. i resigistered and got a number but i dont know how to prove to brown and satisfy the requirement so im eligible for finaid. is it in the fafsa? i already had my parents do the fafsa before i registered, do they have to go back and do it again?

Why is this even coming up? Is Brown asking something in particular from you? This is just a requirement for males in the united states, the FAFSA is one way the US govt found to prompt registration. It has nothing to do with Brown in particular. If you marked the box on fafsa that satisfies the registration, did you not do that on your portion of the fafsa before you signed it? If not, this FAQ has a link where you register separately.Brown can’t give you federal aid unless you do that.
