<p>my face is fine but i am worried about being too skinny, which i am. i don't want to get fat, but i want ot gain more muscle mass, i work out but it seems to make me lose more weight, what foors should i eat or what should i change.</p>

<p>Eat unprocessed, whole, healthy food. Make sure you’re getting enough protein - 1 lb per bodyweight lb if you really want to make sure you’re getting enough. Also, it depends what kind of lifting you’re doing. If you’re simply doing 3x10 arm curls, I guarantee you you won’t see much improvement at all. You need to be doing heavy compound lifts to really see a difference.</p>
