Self-Reported Test Scores

On the Common App it makes you self-report test scores. I have sent in my OFFICIAL SAT score reports and that's what I want USC to look at. Now I took the ACT twice and I got 26 the first time (I sent that one in to USC for free with the free score choice thing you get to do when you register) and then I got a 28 the second time but I didn't select USC for one of the free recipients. Now I do not want to pay $12.00 to send in a score report for an ACT where I only got two points higher. My SAT on the other hand is a 1950 which is better than a 28 ACT. Should I still self-report the 28 ACT and send in the $12.00 score report? I want USC to look at my 1950 SAT instead of ACT, but they already know I took the ACT since I sent in the 26 ACT. Do I HAVE to send in the 28 ACT or is there a way to tell USC that I want them to look at only my SAT score? Please respond back as soon as possible since the scholarship deadline is tomorrow. Thank you!
