So I got my AP scores back (two 4's, one 3 - I didn't take the class for this) and I'm not sure if I should put anything down for the AP grades section. Would it look weird to colleges (especially top engineering ones) if I just left that section blank?

I just don't want them to be like "lawl lawl lawl you fail lawl" and then throw away my app or something o__0;;

There was a whole thread about this a while back, I think.

Basically the consensus was that, especially now when the common app has a special section for self-reporting scores, it is best to put them all down. My S has a 3, two 4s and a 5 so far, and he will just put them down. They see the courses you took, so if you leave off the 3, they may think you did even worse!

But if you self-studied one, you don't have to put it down imo
