Self-Reporting AP/SAT Subject Test Scores

Question 1)

On UC Application and Common App, are students required to list ALL exams?

I took 3 different SAT subject tests, but I only want to report 2.
Similarly for AP scores, I only want to report 5 out of 7 AP exams taken.

I know that they will eventually see my scores (esp. the SAT subject test scores), but can I omit the ones that I did bad on?

Question 2)

Will my acceptance be nullified if I state that I will be taking AP exams at the end of 12th grade, but don’t take them?

UC requires your entire testing history, on the app, you self report your highest for each subject. And no, your life will not be over if you don’t take certain AP courses you wanted to take.

Can anyone second this? One post on CC said since SAT Subject tests are optional, I am not obligated to list all exams taken. For example, if I did well on Physics and Math, but poorly on USH, I could only report Physics and Math,

@bboyinmartin As an instate student whose school does nothing but prepare its kids for admission into UCs, I can assure you, your entire testing history is required. Since subject tests are not required, submitting one that has nothing to do with your intended major won’t hurt you one bit. What is your “bad” score? Why not retake it?

@michelle426 I have Math 2 - 800, Physics - 740, and US History - 620

You know how you can send the score reports for the SAT/subject tests for free (like up to 4 schools)? If you do so, then you don’t need to send them again right
And for the UCs, if you send scores to one school, will all of them receive it?
