Self Reporting Scores and sending official scores??

Hello,
I realized that I self-reported my sats (superscore) and my acts but only sent the official scores for my acts since I did better on those. I also self-reported on the common app 2 sat subject scores, but only sent official scores for 1 of them since I did not want to send the lower score.
Will this affect by app??
Which one will colleges look at? the official scores that I sent or the ones that were on my common app?

Colleges will only look at the scores you officially submitted. If they don’t receive an official score report for, say, one of your SAT II scores, but you self reported that additional SAT II score on your app, they will simply ignore it altogether and it won’t affect you.
