Self reporting test scores on Common App

On the Common App, it asks you to report your best test scores and all the exam dates that you've taken tests on. My best test score for the ACT is a 35 and it has all my best section scores as well, but I did take the ACT two times before I got a 35. So my question is, is there any point in reporting that I took the test on two other dates? Would it look worse since that would basically say that on two previous tests I scored lower than 35? Wouldn't it look better if I said I just took the ACT once and I got a 35 since I'm only going to be sending the 35 to the schools I apply to anyways?

You should put down what you got on the other two test dates. Plus, college adm officers like to see a drastic change in scores. So, say you got a 25 then you got a 35 (doubtful, but possible), that would look good. Besides most colleges, regardless of how many times you’ve taken an admission test, only care about your highest score.

I went from 28->31->35, but the only thing with that is that I would only be reporting the dates that I took the other two tests not the actual composite scores.
