self-study ap computer science

Is this feasible? Any suggestions? Thanks for your help :p

I think I did just that. Self studying for the A test was quite easy. Didn't take the AB test so I don't know.

how did you go about it daulityim?

I used the Deitel and Deitel java book and read bits of it daily. Actually I covered most of the A material in a few weeks. The rest of the time I just read the GUI and graphics programming parts for fun. I guess I should've spent the time studying advanced data structures, which would've enabled me to take the AB test. But alas! what was done was done. What I am trying to say is the A test covers very little material that one could quickly learn. A week before the test I used the barron's AP book to study, and consequently on test day I knew the answer to every question.
