Self-Study AP Psych or AP Enviromental Sci?

I'm looking to self-study an extra AP exam this coming year. Is AP Psych or AP Enviromental Science easier to self-study?

From what I’ve heard, they’re one of the two easiest AP classes. I’ve only self-studied psych, and that was quite doable and didn’t take up much of my time at all! But I also heard that envi sci has less material overall than psych, meaning it may take less time to study for it succinctly.

If you’re really unsure, doing both might not be a bad idea. Do you know what you want to major in college?

I’m planning on doing premed…probably major in biology or neuroscience.

Psychology overlaps a great deal with neuroscience so that may be the better option. Biology is also quite a general field and can range from human anatomy to the ecology, environment, etc. I’m assuming your interests are more towards the former.

Yup…how did you study for the psych exam?

Personally, I’m more interested in Psych, so as a rising sophomore, I’m self-studying AP Psych and AP Stats, two courses my school doesn’t offer. Psychology is more intriguing to me than Environmental Science. I just bought Barron’s AP Psychology Fourth Edition and I’m planning to use that along with a couple of psych textbooks to study.
