I'm going to self-study AP Psych but I already bought an AP Psych prep book by Princeton Review. Do I need to get a Barrons for AP Psych? Every single person on CC says Barrons is the way toe go but I don't wanna waste extra money on Psych anymore if it's feasible to get a 5 with Princeton Review.

If not, I'd buy Barrons(darn it). Any 2 cents would be appreciated!!

The psych test last May was easy enough that I think you could get a 3 or 4 without even reading a book of any kind. The questions are extremely easy and straightforward; they don't require much thought to see what the test designers are getting at. Of course, to be safe, you should read a textbook or a review book, especially if you want a 5, but it's nothing to worry about. Wait till the week before to start studying, unless you're taking several more tests.
