Hello everyone. I was thinking about self-studying for some APs next year. I will most likely self-study Spanish Language (took ap spanish lit this year), and I was thinking about possibly self-studying environmental science. Is the env. sci AP test difficult? What book should I buy?

Also, if I'm taking microecon and macroecon at a community college right now, would it be pointless to take the AP exams for them? Thanks!

It depends on where you want to go. Some schools don't transfer credits from community college, but most do. If your school doesn't, and they offer AP credit, then maybe you should take the exam.

I am probably going to a UC and all the classes I'm taking at community college are UC-certified, so I would get credits for them.

Then there'd be no reason for you to take the exam.

Envi. Sci is a fairly easy exam, you shouldn't have a problem self studying it.
