I am just wondering would it be a good idea to self study European History? How hard is the test? For those who took the test, please comment on this.

On a side note, I have five other AP tests that I have to take in the May in the same week. That would be a lot of stress.

The Deadline for registration is March 20. I only have few days to decide. :)

AP Euro is not an exceptionally hard test, but I do think it would be hard to self-study in such a short time on top of other tests. It requires quite a bit of memorization, and I think the DBQ requires practice to write in such a short time period.

Yo last year we had about 5-6 AP Euro classes so I had to basically self study the whole thing by myself. Get Birdsall S. Viault's "Modern European History." Although it's not made specifically for the AP, it helped tremendously, and I credit my 5 on the AP to that book. It's the AP Euro bible. However, I had taken AP US History the previous year, so I was familiar with the DBQ format and such. Good luck.
