Self-study for SAT World History?

Hey guys, I am planning to take SAT World History either in March or June

I don't really study the subject in school but I like learning about history so the motivation is definitely there! Can anyone recommend any good guide books to use that will enable me to self-study and do well (750+) for the test

Thanks :)

I’ve heard good things about the Barron’s book. I plan to buy it on Amazon (it’s SUPER cheap)

[Barron's SAT Subject Test World History: Marilynn Hitchens Ph.D., Heidi Roupp M.A.: 9780764144844: Amazon.com: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Barrons-Subject-Test-World-History/dp/0764144847/ref=pd_sim_b_1)

I have a strong interest in history outside of school and have read enough stuff that I made an 800 on a practice world history subject test (the previously administered one in the big SAT Subject Test study guide book) no sweat. The only world history class I’ve ever taken is my crappy freshman year history course.

Appreciate the help guys… The syllabus seems impossibly broad though, it looks scary!

You should try the free practice questions on the College Board site.

It is also worth investing in the book listed below which will give you one more test then in the big SAT book listed above.
