Self-Study March - May: AP Enviro or Psych?

So i have already 5 ap exams that I have to take this year - calc bc (am taking ab class but im self studying the extra material) , biology , chemistry , world history , and eng. lang.

I want to self study a 6th one so i can be eligible for the national ap scholar award (i took two exams last year and got 4's).

Which one is easier to self study from March 20 --> the ap exams? environmental or psych? i generally just want to get at least a 4 on either of them. Is getting a 5 on the environmental exam possible with just one review book? i don't have any background information on either of these subjects - though, some concepts that are in enviro, i have learned in my bio class.

i literally just want to choose one review book and read it thoroughly in like a week or two..and get at least a 4 - with the likely possibility of getting a 5

which one is easier to study ? which book should I use?

I self studied Psych using a Princeton Review book and I got a 5. It took my maybe a month to learn all the material and feel confident that I would do well. Barron’s review book I felt was too much information and that’s why I used PR.

I know a friend who self studied APES using a Barron’s book. He also got a 5 but he studied for at least two months and wrote a tone of detailed notes.

So in my opinion, I think Psych is the easiest to self-study.

I don’t know if this website has APES, but ocw.mit.edu has almost every subject also try khan academy or bright storm (all free websites with lots of learning videos). However, use books to actually study the course THENNN try those websites for additional information or help.
