I am take AP Calc AB this year. Is it too late to take the SAT II for Math II? If not, what should I use to study?

Nope it’s not too late. Calc doesn’t relate to Math 2 primarily though, it’s more so advanced algebra, trig formulas etc. Try the red barron’s book. The questions were harder than the exam so you’ll probably score 20-30 points higher on the real thing.

Use Barron’s Math II book. It’s harder than the test, so don’t get discouraged from the material
