Do I have a chance?
I haven't started studying yet... and taking my first one in June...

Taking another in October... Without the class

So many people these days sign up for the class, but I can't afford it.

I self studied my way from 1900 to 2300 over the period of 4 months - on and off study about 1-2 hours every week - math was always great so I didn’t work on that, just did past papers occasionally so yeah.

My method was 2 sections of CR and 2 sections of Writing every week for 4 months. It would be different if your struggling in math because then you would have to learn the rules (possibly for writing too, but my foundation was strong in writing).

As long as you have the motivation, I think self-studying is often just as effective as taking a class. There’s a class offered at my school (I’m not taking it) and everyone finds it helpful, but they admit that it’s all things one could do on their own - it’s just that most people don’t have the motivation to do it themselves. Buy a book - people here will have some good recommendations - read it, take some practice tests, and you should be fine.

Also, I have never really done any studying and my PSATs went from 182 to 212 in a year and my first SAT was a 2120. I don’t know what score you’re aiming for, but you might not need to study at all.

Is there like a SAT official study guide syllabus that someone has created to use with the book??

for example:

If you have 1 month to study click here:
Day 1: Read pgs… do questions… take a full length test…
Day 2:

Something along those lines??

That would be so motivational if there was a set planer thing like that.

Here is an example: [SAT Study Guide - Make an SAT Study Plan](studybeans.com)

Can someone recommend a plan for all those who are taking the June 5th SAT?

Since you have only one month left, you need to do something kind of intensive so here is my suggestion -

For the next month until test time:
Monday, W. one section CR, one section W.
Tuesday, THRU, one or two section of math.
Friday, goof off.
Sat. Sunday, do one sample test, thoroughly go over the test and make sure you understand how to correct all the mistakes.

self study is better than any prep class. trust me. i would’ve scored higher if i didnt waste saturdays and sundays at a prep class.

Thanks!
what about Wednesday and Thursday?

Does anyone else have self-study tips/ advice/ what you did for your schedule? I know all the self-studiers out there would be grateful to hear it.

I think the majority of people on CC self-study the SAT.
