Self Study over summer?

I want to self study a few subjects over the summer. I have a few subjects in mind, and i'm looking for book suggestions. I know there is a list, but i'm sure self study calls for a different one.

US Politics and Gov
environmental sci
stats
psychology
euro?
world?
human geography

obviously i'm not going to do all of them, but i am deciding which ones. If you know any good self study books for any of these topics, please post! thanks.

and don't feel obligated to post ones that you don't know, only ones that you have had experience with and are confident about

Psych - Barron's

U.S. Govt - Princeton Review (saved me on the AP exam)

I didn't study for the AP Govt exam until the day before the exam, and I probably spent 6 hours total reading through PR....going over areas I had trouble with.

When I took the AP exam, I only left 3 questions on the MC blank (I felt 99% confident I got all the other questions correct). For the free response, I only bs'ed one part of a FRQ. Before the exam, I was making 3's on actual released exams. I know I got at least a 4 on this year's exam.
