Self-study Physics C?

So, should I do it? Is it a tough class to study for? I took B a couple years ago and got a 5, and have a 5 on the Calc tests. So should I attempt this? By self-study I mean at home, without the guidance of a teacher.

Physics C is probably one of the hardest to self-study for. The math itself is not complicated, equations and formulas aren't a problem. However, conceptual problems or just setting up the formulas is quite a challenge that a teacher could significantly help with. Physics C is not as formula based as Physics B. You have been warned.

Go for it. If you got 5's on physics and calc, then you should be able to learn the material for physics c.

yes, if you've taken physics b before physics c is the easiest class in the world. it's just part of physics b with a little added on. pay special attention to inductance, though, 'cause inductors are cool.

i liked LC, RC, LR circuits.

how about RLC man?

L- inductor
C- conductor
R- resistor

ah electricity&magnetism, brings back memories, mostly painful -.-
