I am planning on self studying AP Human Geography, AP European History, AP World History, and AP Macroeconomics.

Could you guys recommend the best books to use?

I would like to also hear your thoughts and opinions about these courses :)

First off, if its your first time selfstudying, I recommend that you don’t start with 4 topics at once. I’d choose maximum two of the ones you’ve listed and focus on those first. For example take one of the histories and one of the social sciences, do the ones that interest you most.
My school used the World Civilizations the Global Experience AP Edition for the AP World exam, and A History of Western Society for AP Euro.

Euro and World are a lot of content, unless you are REALLY good at histories, you wont be able to selfstudy both of them, especially if you plan on also studying Macro and Human Geo.

I’m self studying AP European, AP World, AP Microeconomics, and AP Psych (and taking AP Macroeconomics in school).
AP European: Just get REA Crash Course AP European and memorize like EVERYTHING.
AP World: I’ve used the Barron’s book and the REA Crash Course
AP Macro: Barrons (I don’t like it that much; you should get 5 to a 5 or Princeton Review) and the Crash Course book (GET THIS!)

If you’re doing these this year and you haven’t started yet… well… you’re screwed.

I took your advice and have decided to do AP World and AP Human Geo. I have the Barron’s books and the Princeton Review books too.
