My school does not offer Calc AB, they only give BC. I haven't taken Pre-cal or AB so what text/prep book would be sufficient for both of these courses combined?

Get any prep book, honestly, they would all suffice for calc.

Pre-calc, however… have you done trigonometry? logarithms? matrices? limits? vectors? conic sections? synthetic division? review all those online, they aren’t too hard

I’m not sure about Joe (OP), but my pre-calc class covered all of that, except matrices. So he’s probably got a good start already if his pre-calc class is anything like mine.

He hasn’t taken Pre-Calc. My Algebra 2 class covered all of that (and went into derivatives and more advanced stuff as well), but most don’t.

Oops, I misread his post as, “I HAVE taken pre-calc”. Nevermind. ;)
