I know next to nothing about art and quite frankly have next to no interest in it, but due to certain circumstances (don't ask) I might have to take the AP Art History exam this May. I need at least a 3 on this exam to pass a certain requirement.

My question is, how hard would it be for me to self-study for the exam with a prep book in 1 month? I have a decent memory, but I do have to study for the AP Biology and French exams as well.

Oh my goodness. I personally started self studying in august, so a month before freaks me out. I know there are a lot of geniuses here on CC, and if you are one of them then go for it (plan on getting no sleep). Yet, as a mortal, I deem it almost impossible. I had to memorize 500 images, plus learn tons of movements of art spanning 4000years. That is certainly something I could never do in a month–Good luck!

I don’t know your situation, but if you simply need to fulfill a requirement for a number of AP tests taken before graduation, take AP Enviro or Psych!

omg no i take ap art history at school
and we’re behind
like
even if you’re amazing
i really don’t think you can self study it within a month
sorry
