Self Studying ap bio

I was thinking of self studying ap bio and I was wondering how many hours a day would I need to study in order to get a 5? What is a good prep book to buy for this class since I am not going to buy the textbook?

According to this, http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ap-tests-preparation/201793-consolidated-book-suggestions-ap-58.html#post1063224009</a>, the best for independent study is Princeton Review. I’m using Cliff’s, but that’s as a supplement to my class.

If you’re just now starting to address biology, good luck. I don’t see it as something that can be realistically learned in two weeks. Unless you only want a three.

I have both Princeton Review and Barron’s and I think Barron’s is the better book. Princeton Review is better when you need a quick glance style review, as in how many ATPs are made during glycolysis and the Kreb’s cycle, but Barron’s is the better book for sitting down, taking notes and learning chapters for both the MCs and FRQs at the same time.

Thanks for your help
