Self-studying AP Psychology?

Hi, I just wanted to know if self-studying for AP Psychology without taking the AP class at school was reasonable.

To be honest, I don't really have an idea what materials AP psychology covers, so I'm still unsure on whether I should take this test or not.

To those of you who have taken this test before, was AP Psychology a hard subject? Which books did you use to study for it?

Um…Psychology isn’t hard, actually its kind of an interesting class. Get princeton review, or get Barron’s AP Psychology: Robert McEntarffer, Allyson J. Weseley. This book is also good, if you need any more help you could pm me. I’ll tell you everything you need to know. Hope I helped!

Thanks so much microphakia976 :)
